An important task in the field of computer vision consists in dividing an image into several segments so that the pixels within each segment have certain features in common. An image can be interpreted as a set of pixels that are arranged in a grid. The task of segmenting the image can be solved by cutting that grid into multiple parts. However, finding an optimal multicut is hard. Try it for yourself and play the multicut game! Can you find an optimal solution to every level?
